I have experience with Drupal 6 and 7, I control the html, css, php, and partially javascript. And Drupal is a reliable and powerful freeware tool for creating web sites, with sufficient knowledge of the system you can create the perfect web presentation.

Android is a young promising operating system from Google designed primarily for mobile phones and tablets. For development, I use a development environment eclipse with SDK and ETC.
